8 weeks of healthier eating

In the immediate 8 weeks following today we are going to eat a lot healthier.
Here is what we will focus on:
Fresh foods made daily for best nutrition.
Steam vegetables so not immersed in water, and nutrients saved.
Vegetable oils, cold-pressed.
Sweets, pieces of carrot, celery, all dried fruits, sunflower seeds, and of course raw fruit
Vitamin C-sweet fruit
Apples
Apricots
Bananas
Blackcurrants
Clementines
GrapefruitsApp
Grapes
Guavas
Lemons
Limes
Mangos
Melons
Nectarines
Pineapples
Peaches
Pears
Plums
Oranges
Raspberries
Rose Hips
Satzumas
Strawberries
Tangerines
Wilkins Raw or cooked veggies

Beans
Beetroots
Brussel Sprouts
Cabbage
Carrot
Cauliflower
Cucumbers
Chicories
Cress
Endives
Kale
Lettuces
Parsley
Peas
Peppers
Pimentos
Potatoes
Spinach
Sprouting Seeds
Swede
Watercress

Salads fresh, steamed veggies.

In place of sweets, pieces of carrot, celery, all dried fruits, sunflower seeds, and of course raw fruit can be used for the whole family.

In the days to come:
Breakfast
Oatmeal cereal with fruit
Eggs, wheat bread, butter or peanut butter
Milk and coffee
Snack
Any wonderful fruit you want
Tea or coffee
Yogurt and fruit
Lunch
A raw salad, and fresh hot vegetable soup
Wheat bread, butter and cheese
Snack
Steamed vegetables, with herbs
rice, butter, and
raspberries, other fruit and ice cream
popcorn, or wheat bread, peanut butter, fruit or honey
Melons, grapes, plums.
Corn on the cob. Enjoy good eating!
